Questo sito è un “social network” che ha l’obiettivo di consentire agli utenti scelte piu’ informate, creando una community per condividere informazioni riguardo al mondo dei servizi, in particolare le attivita’ locali o i professionisti. Questo sito web (o il “sito”) e i servizi connessi (il "servizio") sono forniti all’utente (o “tu”) da Social Recommendations Ltd (o "noi”), società con sede nella Repubblica d'Irlanda, con numero di registrazione 472868, ed indirizzo registrato: 34, Frederick Street, D1, Dublin. Registrazione Utente

La nostra politica sui contenuti

• L’utente non potrà diffondere contenuti illegali, ne promuovere o incoraggiare attività illecite, con riferimento in particolare al proprio paese di residenza o qualsiasi Stato membro dell'Unione Europea. Questo include la creazione di categorie o raccomandazioni per attività che abbiano, direttamente o indirettamente, natura illegale.
• Non è consentito trasmettere o diffondere in qualsisi modo qualsiasi contenuto che possa contenere virus, trojan, file corrotti o qualsiasi software che possa causare danni al sito o ad altri utenti.
• Non è consentito pubblicare o diffondere in qualunque modo sul nostro sito qualsiasi contenuto offensivo o inappropriato, abbia carattere razzista o diffamatorio; che utilizzi termini dispregiativi; che riporti dati personali di un individuo o gruppo violandone la privacy.
• L'utente non potra’ pubblicare, distribuire o riprodurre in qualsiasi modo materiale protetto da copyright, marchi commerciali o altre informazioni proprietarie, se non avendone pienamente diritto. Non e’ consentito pubblicare contenuti o materiale che violino diritti di proprietà intellettuale, la privacy o altri diritti di terzi.
• Non e’ consentito associare più rating allo stesso Business profilo utente, usando il proprio profilo o tramite la creazione di altri profili.
• Il nostro staff potra’ verificare, modificare o eliminare qualsiasi contenuto che possa essere ritenuto offensivo, illegale, che possa violare i diritti di un terzo o minacciare la sicurezza degli altri utenti del Sito.
Utenti Business
Una persona fisica e/o una società che forniscano un servizio professionale o conducano un’attività commerciale, potranno creare un profilo come utente business (o "profilo business"). Questo tipo di profilo ha lo scopo di presentare la propria azienda o attività professionale, interagire con i propri (o potenziali) clienti e promuovere la propria attività e competenze per mezzo del passaparola. I profili business hanno funzionalita’ specifiche che talvolta differiscono da un profilo utente comune. Gli utenti business sono tenuti a rispettare tutti i termini descritti in queste condizioni d’uso, in aggiunta a questa specifica sezione.
Ogni utente Business riconosce ed accetta che gli altri utenti possano pubblicare commenti sul proprio profilo, associare ratings e feedback in relazione alla propria attività, come previsto dallo spirito di questo sito. Sara’ comunque possibile rispondere sul proprio profilo ai commenti e giudizi degli utenti riguardo propria attività commerciale, o a discrezione dell’utente business stesso, eliminare le recensioni che appaiono sul proprio profilo. Rating numerici sono tuttavia calcolati ogni volta che un utente associa una recensione sul proprio profilo.
Con la creazione di un profilo Business, l’utente riconosce e accetta che:
• È necessario registrarsi con informazioni corrette e aggiornate. In caso di una società, è necessario essere essere pienamente autorizzati ed in grado di rappresentare tale entità, il cui profilo viene utilizzato.
• Tutte le informazioni fornite agli altri utent riguardo la propria attivita’, i prodotti o servizi professionali offerti e la propria identita’ e storia devono essere veritiere e non fuorvianti.
• Recensioni o commenti a riguardo dell’utente business, prodotti da altri utenti e associati sul proprio profilo business possono essere rimossi su richiesta dell’autore di tali commenti o raccomandazioni.
• Ci riserviamo il diritto di verificare, bloccare o rimuovere un profilo business o di parti di esso, se riterremo a nostra esclusiva discrezione che tale utente non rispetti queste condizioni d’uso o gli standard di settore della propria attivita’ in termini di comportamento o qualita’.
• Recensioni e commenti riferiti ad un utente business, ma non pubblicati sul proprio profilo potranno essere presenti sul nostro sito web, sempre che non violino le nostre condizioni d’uso. Raccomandazioni, rating o commenti di un utente rappresentano esclusivamente l’opinione di quell’utente.
Linguaggio volgare, commenti diffamatori e insulti personali non saranno tollerati; se si ritiene che una recensione o un particolare contenuto sia inappropriato, ti invitiamo a segnalarcelo cosi’ da consentirci di esaminarlo. È possibile segnalare contenuti non appropriati usando il link “segnala abuso”, oppure contattandoci via e-mail. In caso di appropriazione indebita dell’identita’ di un profilo business si potra’ fare riferimento a noi tramite email.
Verifica delle identità sul sito e di sicurezza
Sebbene Social Recommendations Ltd non si assuma alcun obbligo in merito, ci riserviamo di verificare la veridicità delle informazioni relative a qualsiasi Profilo Business, al fine di fornire un servizio di qualità ai nostri utenti. Ci riserviamo di contattare gli utenti business, utilizzando i dati di contatto da essi forniti, per effettuare tale verifica. Non siamo in grado tuttavia di garantire alcun risultato, ed invitiamo gli utenti a verificare autonomamente l'identità e le informazioni fornite da un utente business in caso di dubbio.
La vostra responsabilità utilizzando questo Sito
L’utente si impegna a utilizzare il Sito fornendo esclusivamente informazioni e contenuti che siano leciti, corretti, rispettosi della decenza, veritieri oltre che nel rispetto di tutte le disposizioni legislative applicabili. L’utente riconosce di essere responsabile delle proprie azioni su questo sito e per ogni eventuale conseguenza di tali azioni.

Tutti i marchi presenti sul Sito sono di proprietà di Social Recommendations Ltd e / o dei suoi licenziatari. Gli utenti hanno diritto a visualizzare, stampare e copiare contenuti dal sito, ma solo per il proprio uso personale. 1. Introduction
This website is social network which empowers users to share useful recommendations and to make better choices by creating an interactive community, in order to improve the information available to people when they use local businesses or professional services. This website (or 'Site') and related services (“the service”) are provided to you ('you'/'your') by Social Recommendations Ltd (“we/us”), a company registered in the Republic of Ireland under registration number 472868, with the registered address: 34, Frederick Street, D1, Dublin.

User Registration
During the registration process you are asked to choose a password to access our service: you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your username or password. You also agree to notify us any illegal access or misuse of your username and password. You understand and agree that we may refuse to register anyone. Registered users may cancel their registration at any time by using the relevant commands in their profile. Any information provided by you in connection with your registration must be accurate and complete. Please also read our “Privacy” statement in relation to the use of personal information provided by you.
Our content policy
As we believe that the Internet is a medium where information should be shared as freely as possible, we do not try to assess whether the data, images, text, or any other information published on our Site (or 'Content') is accurate and truthful. Business Users
An individual and/or a company that provide a professional service, own or manage a business, or conduct a commercial activity, may create a “Business User” (“B.U.”) profile. This type of profile is created by registering for our service in the relevant section and has the purpose of presenting your business or professional activity, engage in conversation with your (actual or potential) customers and promote your activities and skills by means of word-of-mouth. Business User profiles have specific functionalities which sometimes differ from a common User profiles. However you are bound to respect our User policy and other relevant terms and conditions contained in this document.
You understand and agree that Users may post comments on your profile, associate ratings and feedback in relation to your business activities, according to the spirit of this service. You have the possibility to respond to anything Users write about your business on your profile, or to remove reviews appearing on your profile at your discretion. Numerical ratings are however calculated whenever a User associates a review on your profile.
By creating a Business User profile you acknowledge and agree that:
· You must register with truthful, up-to-date identity. In case of a company, you must be legally able to represent such entity if registering or using that identity.
· All information that you provide about yourself, your services or products and professional history are truthful and not in any way misleading.
· User generated material, including reviews or comments about you, which have been associated to and displayed on your profile, may be removed at request of that user.
· We reserve the right to monitor, block or remove a business listing or parts of it if we deem that such business user does not comply with our terms and conditions or applicable industry standards, in terms of behaviour or quality.
· Reviews or comments referring to you but not posted on your profile may appear on our website if appropriate and not contravening our User agreement or policy. Any review, rating or comment provided by any User represents solely their opinion.
Abusive language, personal offence or defamatory content will not be tolerated; if you believe that a particular piece of Content is inappropriate, please let us know so that we can review it. You can report inappropriate content to us by using the 'report abuse' links on the Site, or contacting us by email. The event of misappropriation of a BU identity may also be reported to us by email.
Verification of identity on the Site
Although we have no obligation to do so, we may verify the truthfulness of any B.U. profile and details in order to provide a high quality service for all members. We may contact BU using their contact information in order to perform such verification.
By using the Site you acknowledge that these two methods of verification of identities are not conclusive, and accordingly we recommend Users to independently try to establish the identity and verify any claims of a listed business in case of doubt.
Your responsibilities by using this Site
You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all your actions on this Site and for any consequence of such actions. You agree to use the Site only to post and transmit materials that are: legal, proper, decent, honest, complete, true and in compliance with all relevant laws.
You agree that by using this Site you will not:
· Use the Site in any way that may encourage, procure, assist or carry out a criminal offence or illegal activities.
· Insult, bully, stalk, intimidate, threaten, abuse, breach the confidence, or infringe the legal rights of individuals or groups, in relation to privacy and publicity and on the basis of religion, sexual orientation, gender, race, disability, age or ethnicity.
· Advertise, promote, sell or offer to sell any goods or services for any commercial purpose, other than in sections of the Site intended for such uses.
· Send any unrequested advertisement or promotional material, i.e. spam, to any members of the Community.
· Impersonate other Community members, other individuals or business which you are not allowed to represent, our employees or representatives, or misrepresent your connection with an individual or entity.
· Fake or remove any Content
· Access or attempt to access, any part of this Site, including but not limited to the accounts of others and secure areas, in a manner that may be in breach of our security measures.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Recommendations Ltd and its shareholders, employees, agents, successors and officers, from any suits, losses, claims, demands, liabilities, costs and expenses that they may sustain arising from:
1. Your failure to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
2. Your breach of any of your obligations set forth in these Terms.
Our rights
As the quality of our service depends upon members acting responsibly, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:
1. Terminate or restrict your access at any time and without notice.

Any copying, modification or other use of the Site or its Content for any purposes is prohibited without our previous written authorisation.
Limited liability
Your access to and use of the software and Content is provided 'as is' and on an 'as available' basis only. To the maximum extent permitted by law we accept no liability for the quality of software and Content and all implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy are excluded from these Terms.
In particular we cannot warrant:
